不要要求任何人去証明對你的愛; 那你便讓他們自在舒服. 為何人要愛你? 他們愛你不正因為你給予他們舒適? 這不正是每個人都應該做的嗎? 如果你跟他們爭論; 你是在帶給他們舒適嗎? 不要要求每個人都有無條件的愛. 只有聖人, 先知, 上師和智者能給你無條件的愛. 做任何你愛做的事. 他/她的愛是無條件的. 當你一旦索取愛時, 愛便消失. 不要要求去証明愛.

就像學語言, 學電腦, 學開車或駕駛飛機, 你必須學習回歸到自己. 這就是靈修練習 – 靈修不是與生俱來的技能, 而是靠努力得來的.

若千萬人為你喝采, 那又如何? 你以為你會永遠留在他們心裡, 永遠受他們注目? 不是的. 他們歡呼拍掌, 之後離開. 又同一伙人, 可能在別的時間說你壞話.

“你知道嗎 - 光明永不與黑暗爭鬥. 光明來臨的一剎那, 黑暗便消失. 故而光與暗之間沒有真正的爭鬥. 黑暗存在, 只是沒有光明. 你把光明帶來, 沖突便迎刃而解!”

在任何活動的場所, 沖突可能出現, 當沖突出現, 無視於它. 那就是顯示你的愛有多強壯.

我希望你對周遭所有事都不滿, 因而你領悟到你就是滿足. 沒有什麼能給予你滿足, 因為你就是滿足. 你必須靜靜的坐幾分鐘, 回歸到內在 – 帶給你滿足; 沒有任何人或事能帶給你滿足.

選擇在那裡? 選擇只在壞與更壞之間. 當你領略到這點, 你會掉下這些矛盾的想法, 放鬆覺知而變得別無選擇. 別無選擇帶來無混淆的心智狀態. 別無選擇的覺知是唯一的喜悅狀態, 一種安詳的狀態, 一種無混淆的狀態.

Do not demand from anybody to prove their love to you. You’ll make them comfortable. Why should anyone love you? They love you because you give them some comfort. If you argue with them, will you be giving them comfort? Don’t expect divine love from everybody. Only saints, guru, God, a wise person can give you unconditional love. You do whatever like. His/her love will be unconditional. Generally in the world the moment you start demanding, they stop loving you. Do not ask for a proof of love.
